Architect turned Project Manager and now Winemaker. Architects of Wine came to fruition early in 2013 after a backyard hobby quickly became an obsession.

 

We aim to create interesting and textural wines with restraint, whilst maintaining transparent expressions of the vineyard, vintage and their individual terroir. To achieve this ideal, each wine is carefully crafted and considered with a 'less is more' mantra and a hands-off style of wine making.

 

With fruit sourced primarily from the Adelaide Hills and Clare Valley, we also venture out to other wine regions in SA depending on where the vintage takes us.
