We make our wines simply and sustainably.  With the exception of a small amount of sulphur dioxide at bottling nothing is added to the wine.  The wines are not heated or cooled at any stage, nor are they fined or filtered.

 

We hope that the Bobar wines express the place where they are grown, the season and the fun we have making them.
