The farm is located in Loreto Aprutino, in Abruzzo, halfway between the Adriatic sea and the southernmost European glacier. In the vineyard, which covers 17 hectares at 270-320 metres altitude, biodynamic principles are applied. With our grapes we produce wine with manual processes. We do not add or use selected yeasts and we don't control fermentation temperatures. We do not fine or filter wines.
The choices of the last generation of the family that has long been guardian of this natural heritage represents personal research of depth. Farming techniques, field works, manual activities, spirituality, education, observation, listening, dialogue, silence: each of these elements represents our research, heart and substance of our actions.
