Domaine de Rapatel stands at the gates of the Camargue as the Costières de Nîmes' freedom-loving landlord. Its expressive and colourful wines are born from the pure union of grapes and passion.

Owner Gérard Eyraud can’t be pinned down by labels, AOC or oenologists’ rigid methodology. “'Rapatel' is really me,” he says. “It’s what I like to do, and what I want to share with people, especially wine lovers. “Is it fashionable? No! But I’m not running a Coca-Cola factory. I produce exactly what I want to. "No yeast, sulphur dioxide or wood is used in the winemaking process, and Eyraud’s unique style, spirit, personality and sensuality — indefinable yet distinctive — can be experienced in each bottle.
