WINE REGISTRATIONBelow is the Wine Registration LInk. Please do this URGENTLY as we need the infomration for marketing collateral. You will note we ask two questions for each wine.
- is this wine from natural farming (organic/biodynamic certified or according to australian standard)
- is the total sulphur under 50ppm
Please check these boxes for each wine.
SAMPLE STOCKIn terms of quantity of wine to bring we think of 4 bottles of each wine you are showing per session. Please note there are 4 sessions. 18 bottles of each wine on pour total just in case. We also highly recommend pourers as they can limit overpours. Please note that any leftover stock needs to be taken with you on the final event day. We can’t take responsibility for stock left in the venue post-event.
TASTING. NOT A DRINKINGPlease note this is a wine ‘tasting’, not a ‘drinking’ so please ensure you pour a max of 15ml per wine. This minimises wastage, spittoon maintenance and, most importantly, helps us manage RSA issues. Less wine, less wastage, less issues. We recommend using slow pourers.
LICENCING & COMPLIANCELicencing always has its challenge in Australia and Sydney is no different. As mentioned above, we will be applying for a Trade Fair licence which will cover you for the event.
However, everyone pouring wine at the event must have a VALID NSW RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) Certificate. The easiest way to do this is to follow this STEP BY STEP guide to getting a national RSA. If you wish to only get a NSW RSA, just do that. Painful? Yes. But Necessary.
Follow THIS LINK to get your national RSA
SHIPPINGMore infomation on this is to come but we aim to consolidate the shipment prior.
PROMOTIONWe love social and digital; it’s where we live. And we know how time poor everyone is, so we’ve put together a social media cheat sheet to make it easier, including suggested copy for instagram, facebook, twitter and your e-newsletter - as well as images.
