Kristen is a Sydney based artisan cheesemaker who makes small batch, fresh cheeses. She also teaches cheesemaking workshops at the Cornersmith Picklery and for various councils around Sydney as part of their Treading Lightly programme.
Children's cheesemaking workshop
Learn the cheese making process using cultures and rennet.
The workshop will include a tour of the cheese pavilion to meet Australian farmhouse cheesemakers and sample their cheese. The children will be encouraged to describe what flavours they taste and to see if they can guess the different milks being used.
Ages: 8-12 years
When: Saturday 4pm and Sunday 1pm
