My wine operation is based around a negociant system, sourcing grapes locally from sensitive growers, with great vineyard sites in the Heathcote and Macedon Ranges regions.

This is an exploration of my surroundings through wine, made without artifice, to be a reflection of its place and season. The first vintage was in 2012, with a single barrel of wine made from fruit my parents grew at Cobaw Ridge vineyard. This has since expanded to a more varied range, including historic styles as well as the more experimental and esoteric.

As well as working further with my family, my ambition in the coming years is to transition to vineyard establishment. Supplementing the current fruit with what I’ve grown myself.
