Our small biodynamic vineyard is on the banks of the Goulburn River at Nagambie. The vines are hand-pruned to low yields and hand harvested, and the vineyard is managed to encourage beneficial insects and microorganisms.

 

The grapes are hand-harvested, and the wines made by traditional methods, using minimum intervention. Sulphur is added sparingly to produce wine capable of extended ageing, and the wines are bottled without fining or filtration.
