After studying viticulture at university in Adelaide I moved home to Victoria to start to produce my own wine. I have begun by working with grape growers that I know and trust in and around the place where I live in the Yarra Valley. My winemaking techniques are clear of trickery with the vineyard being the ultimate focus.

 

Over the next two years I hope to focus on my  own farm and begin growing grapes and produce in a healthy way.
