Alexandra Olsson, director of Australia's oldest family-owned salt company and Fritz Gubler(co-author of The Salt Book) will present an in-depth look at the fascinating world of salt. They will look at the history of salt and its influence on our live and language. They will discuss salt and our health and present some extraordinary salts from around the world. The presentation will conclude with a salt-matching experience showcasing salts from around the world.
