Sour Beers are delicious, wild, charismatic, exciting, thirst-slaking and unique in their personalities. They tend to be acidic and tart, can have fruit added into them, and are often made more like grain wines rather than traditional beers. Famed styles include gueuzes and lambics, but there are no real rules and personality of each beer is as much the source of the base ingredients as it is the brewer's intent.
